At Heladería di Breda, master artisans have been making ice cream since Antonio Breda Tonussi arrived in Vitoria from Italy in 1942 and opened a shop. Today, Ramón Breda continues to buy fresh fruit and nuts daily at the local market so his ice cream tastes of freshly squeezed lemons, ripe mangoes and freshly ground hazelnuts. They make 24 standard flavours and four more which vary according to the season
