Aitor Lasa Gaztategia

This is a land of mountains and valleys, of marvellous produce which is lovingly and painstakingly brought to you by Aitor Lasa. His story dates back to the iconic La Bretxa market, where he and Maixux Zabala ran a stall which sold the same produce they sell in the shop today: quality artisan cheese, charcuterie, seasonal produce such as wild mushrooms, dried beans and chickpeas, and fruit and vegetables. You'll also find pasta, tinned products, oils, wine and they even produce their own range of gourmet products called Lapiko: it's the Basque Country in your shopping basket.
